About

Auto Forward Messages is a Telegram userbot — not a plain Bot-API bot. You connect your own Telegram account once, tell it which chats to watch, and whenever a new message arrives in a source it rewrites that message into the destinations you chose. Set it up once and it runs 24/7 on its own.

Because it uses your account, it can do what ordinary bots can't: forward from private channels, from users and bots, and rewrite messages as your own (no "Forwarded from" tag). On top of forwarding, you can filter what passes, rewrite the text, translate, watermark images, add a header/footer, schedule, delay, and clone a channel's old history.

How it works

Think of the bot as a bridge between Telegram and you:

1. You connect your account (a one-time login).
2. You create a redirection — a rule that says "copy from source to destination".
3. When a new message hits the source, the bot reads it, applies your filters and transforms, and posts the result to your destination.

Everything is configured with taps and short messages inside the bot (or from the website dashboard). The Features tab covers every function in detail; the Commands tab lists the menu commands.

Getting Started

Three steps and your first auto-forward is live.

1 · Connect your account

Send /connect +YourNumber (with country code). Telegram sends a login code — see Connecting Your Account for exactly how to enter it.

2 · Add a redirection

Tap ➕ Add Redirection, give it a name, then send the source and destination together in one message, split by a dash:

Each side can be a @username, a numeric ID, or a post link. Tap 📋 My Chats to find IDs.

3 · Done ✅

Connecting Your Account

Why do I have to give account access?

Because a regular bot simply can't do most of what this does. Here's the difference:

Adding a Redirection

A redirection (or "rule") is one setup that copies from a source to a destination. A single rule can hold several pairs — see Multiple Redirections.

Steps

Tap Manage → ➕ Add Redirection, give it a name (any nickname, e.g. Crypto News), then send the source and destination together in one message.

Multiple Redirections

You're not limited to a single source and destination. Three ways to scale up: multiple pairs in one rule, adding more pairs later, and several separate rules.

1 · Multiple pairs in one message

When adding a rule, separate a side with commas to build several pairs at once.

2 · Adding more pairs to an existing rule

Open the rule → Channels → ➕ Add, then send another source - destination line. The new pair joins the rule and shares all its filters, transforms and settings.

3 · Several separate rules

Repeat ➕ Add Redirection to create independent rules, each with its own name, pairs and settings. For example: one rule that mirrors a news channel with translation, and another that copies a deals channel with a watermark.

Redirection Menu

Open a rule to reach its control panel. Alongside the feature buttons, these toggles control how messages are handled.

Options explained

• On / Off — pause or resume this rule without deleting it.
• Process Replies — keep reply threading in the destination. All plans
• Process Edits — when the source post is edited, your copy updates too. Plus+
• Process Deletes — when the source post is deleted, your copy is deleted. Plus+
• Process Me — also forward your own messages from the source.
• Block Duplicates — the same post won't forward twice, even from several sources. Basic+
• Quote / Forward Mode — keep the original "Forwarded from" tag instead of a clean copy. Basic+
• Strip Buttons — remove inline buttons & hidden links from posts.

Filters

Filters decide which message types get forwarded. ✅ = allowed, ❌ = blocked. Basic+

Two switches per media type

Each media type has two independent switches: w/o Caption and w/ Caption. Because they're independent, you can allow one and block the other:

Common setups

• 📷 Only photos & videos: turn ON Photo + Video, OFF the rest
• 📝 Text only: ON Text, OFF everything else
• 🚫 No links: turn OFF URL — posts with links are skipped, even bare ones like site.com (no https needed)
• 🔇 No forwarded posts: turn OFF Forwarded

Cleaner

The Cleaner is like Filters, but instead of skipping a whole message it removes the matching part and forwards what's left. Pro

What it can strip

• Strip media — remove the photo/video/document and forward just the caption as text.
• Strip caption — remove the caption and keep only the media.

Whitelist & Blacklist

Filter posts by keyword. Plus+

• ✅ Whitelist — only forward a post if it contains at least one of your words.
• 🚫 Blacklist — forward everything except posts containing a blocked word.

Select Users

When your source is a group, copy only the senders that matter. Pro

Open a rule → Select Users and choose to forward from admins only, skip bots, or list exactly which users to allow or block. Everyone else is ignored.

Global Filters

Block a word across all your rules at once. Plus+

Set a global blacklist and those words are blocked everywhere — or a global whitelist to only allow matching posts everywhere. Add a word once instead of editing every rule; apply it to all rules or pick specific ones.

Transform

Rewrite posts as they pass through — swap words & links, drop lines, and wrap posts in your own layout. Plus+

Text Replace

One rule per line. Simple forms:

old, new              replace "old" with "new"
"old text","new text"   quotes for spaces/commas
old -> new              an arrow works too
promo,                  empty right side = delete the word

Rebrand every @handle & link with yours

Two rules that never clash — the first only touches @handles, the second only links:

The link rule catches every link — even bare ones like site.com with no https.

Remove Lines

Delete any whole line that contains a keyword. The special trigger {link} removes any line with a link (https, www, t.me, or a bare domain):

Caption Append / Prepend

Open a rule → Transform → 🌐 Translate → choose a target language. The source language is auto-detected, or you can set it manually. Supports 90+ languages.

Watermark

Stamp your own mark onto every forwarded photo. Pro

Two kinds

• 🖼 Image — send a PNG or JPG (a transparent PNG looks best)
• ✍ Text — just type it (e.g. @mychannel); it's drawn in white with a dark outline so it's readable on any photo

Set up: open a rule → Transform → 🖼 Watermark → upload an image or tap ✍ Use text.

Position, size & opacity

• 📍 Position — a 3×3 pad picks any of 9 spots, with a live preview that updates as you tap. Or choose 🔳 Tiled to repeat it across the whole photo (strongest theft protection).
• 🌑 Opacity — how see-through it is (e.g. 40%).
• 📐 Size — how big it is relative to the photo.

Clone History

Auto-forwarding copies new posts. Clone History copies a channel's existing posts too. Basic+

Open a rule → Clone History → choose how many recent posts to copy (100, 500, 1000, a custom number, or all). You'll be asked whether to make an exact copy or apply your rules (filters, replaces, header/footer). It then copies at a safe, steady pace (about 18 posts/min) with live progress you can pause or cancel.

Scheduler

Forward only during the hours & days you choose. Basic+

Open a rule → Scheduler → pick a time window (morning / daytime / evening / custom) and the weekdays. Outside those hours, forwarding pauses and resumes automatically. Set your timezone so it lines up with you.

Delay & Spread

Control the timing of each forward. Plus+

• Delay — wait a set time before forwarding each post.
• Spread — when a burst of posts arrives at once, space them out evenly instead of dumping them together.

FAQ

Can I forward from a private channel?

Yes — as long as your connected account is a member of that channel.

Can I forward from a channel I don't have access to?

No. The bot only sees chats you can see. If you can't open it as a user, the bot can't forward from it.

Can I change how the forwarded message looks?

Yes — use Transform to add a header/footer, replace words & links, translate, and more.

Do I control which messages get forwarded?

Yes. Use Filters (by type), Whitelist/Blacklist (by keyword), and Select Users (by sender).

Can I forward from many channels into one?

Yes — that's Multiple Redirections. You can also fan one source out to many, or many into many.

Can I filter out duplicates?

Yes — open the rule's menu and turn on Block Duplicates. Great when merging overlapping channels.

Can I mirror edits and deletions?

Yes on Plus and Pro — turn on Process Edits / Process Deletes in the rule's settings.

How do I remove all links from the source?

Turn off URL in Filters, use Remove Lines with {link}, or Text Replace to swap their link for yours.

Is there a message limit?

No fixed cap on how much you forward. The bot sends at a safe, steady rate to protect your account.

Will using this get my account banned?

Used as intended — gathering channels into one place or splitting one into many — it won't. Bans come from spamming users/groups, or from a VOIP/virtual number that Telegram restricts on its own.

Can you set it up for me?

We're happy to help you find a feature, but we can't log into and configure accounts for users.

Troubleshooting

Forwarding stopped. Why?

1. We may be doing a quick update (usually back within a few minutes).
2. The engine is stopped — the main menu shows 🔴; start it in Settings.
3. A whitelist/blacklist or transform rule may be blocking everything — clear that feature and re-add it carefully.

"Can't post to the destination" / nothing arrives

Your connected account can't send to the destination. Make sure it has joined the destination, and — for a channel — is an admin with Post Messages permission. Then try again.

My clone says it copied posts, but nothing arrived

Same cause as above: the account can't post to the destination, so every send failed. Give it posting rights and clone again.

Some deletions don't mirror

Telegram doesn't always tell the bot when a message is deleted (unlike edits). The bot deletes every one it's told about, but a few can be missed on Telegram's side.

My login code keeps expiring

You're sending the code plainly. Put aa in front (aa12345) or space the digits (1 2 3 4 5) — see Entering the login code.

My account got a temporary limit

Sending many messages at once (often during a large clone) can trigger a temporary Telegram wait. It clears on its own and causes no permanent harm.

Known Limitations

Why can't it send 1000 messages instantly?

Telegram's API limits how many requests an account can make at once. Blasting messages is a fast way to get an account temporarily or permanently limited, so the bot forwards at the highest safe rate instead.

Deletions can be missed

Telegram doesn't always deliver delete events. The bot mirrors every deletion it receives.

Translated posts lose styling

Because the words themselves change, translated posts are sent as plain text — bold, italic and inline links can't be preserved.

Menu Commands
